B+N Referencia Zrt. Contracted for the Cleaning of All the Lines of the Suburban Railway Network

The trains of the Suburban Railway have been at the service of the travellers of Budapest and its agglomeration for 135 years. They commute on a daily basis on five lines (Szentendre, Ráckeve, Csepel, Gödöllő, Csömör) in a network of nearly 100 kilometres. Based on the contract concluded on 30^th September 2022, B+N Referencia Zrt. provides cleaning services on all the lines of the Suburban Railway Network.

On working days, 892 trains travel between the capital city and nearby towns and villages, with a train passing by in every 5 minutes during the rush hours. The iconic green trains transport nearly 80 million passengers every year with an outstanding punctuality record from the break of dawn to late evening.

B+N provides cleaning services on all the lines of the Suburban Railway Network

Based on the contract concluded on 30^th September 2022, B+N Referencia Zrt. provides cleaning services on all the lines of the Suburban Railway Network. Besides keeping the trains clean, the task includes the cleaning of the facilities along the lines as well. Under the contract made for 2 years, the company’s staff of 80 employees is responsible for a total area of 110,000 m2.

The new contract with B+N Referencia is no accident. In this field, the company has extensive references and expertise. It offers cleaning and disinfection services, among others, at the airports in Prague and Budapest, on the trains of the Hungarian State Railways and the Győr-Sopron-Ebenfurt Railway and in their facilities as well as on the vehicles and in the facilities of Volánbusz and the Budapest Transport Company.
